The Town of Colonie offers two viewing tiers for real property data.

Tier 1: Basic parcel data and assessment information available free of charge.

Tier 2: Enhanced data and assessment information includes property owner name and mailing address, current and historical property record cards, building sketches, sale history, report comparables, maps, photos, and links to related sources. Tier 2 is available with a $75 annual subscription, please call the Assessor's Office at 783-2701 to arrange access.
